We can help!!!

A “for Sale” sign has gone up in front of your house. A lot of time and effort has gone into that home, why not get the maximum you can for it, and sell it as soon as you can!

You live in your house 24 hours a day, it is sometimes difficult to view it with a fresh outlook. To see the little things that a potential buyer might notice.

Make sure it looks as good as it possibly can. Some people don’t bother with cleaning and such before putting a house for sale, but it really does make a difference. Pack away (in a friend’s garage maybe) things you don’t need. Make the place look as spacious as possible.

Clean, clean, clean!!! Have a very good friend look over the house before it ever gets listed, and have them point out things you should do to get the house ready to sell.

Park your cars in the garage and close the door. Vehicles in the driveway and on the street take away from the spaciousness. Pay special attention to the entry way – first impressions count!

Walk around on your tiptoes … it is amazing what a few inches of height will reveal. Dust the top of the fridge, on top of coun- ters and doors.

Make sure the home smells clean and fresh, open the windows and let the fresh air and the sunshine in.

Finally, do not forget your carpets and upholstery. A sparkling, spacious, well-lit and fresh home can still be dull if carpets and upholstery are dingy. Their appearance affect EVERYTHING.
